This is a tiny, thin headphone pouch for your earbuds that will fit anywhere!
It’s just the right size for keeping a pair of earbuds neatly stowed so they won’t get snagged or tangled. The very tight stitches give the pouch extra rigidity, so it can endure being tossed or shoved inside a bag or pocket on a daily basis. And it doesn’t add any unnecessary bulk at 3/16” thin.
The rounded corners are made from German short rows and the cable-like texture is made from simple makes and decrease stitches. It’s knit from the zipper opening downwards, and Kitchener stitched closed on the bottom after this zipper is installed. This way you can still reach inside while sewing and it makes attaching the zipper a lot easier.
You’ll also need a sewing needle, some sewing thread to match the crochet thread, and a small zipper that can be trimmed down to about 3”. Sewing pins can be helpful.
